The tradition started decades ago. Rising Thymes is the newest evolution that was once Organic Times, and The Store Room.
Rising Thymes has a knowledgeable team that is committed to serving the best selected supplements, bulk foods and local produce to our community.
Our priority is to bring in products from local growers and producers - so no matter where you are from, you get a sense of the beauty from Minden Hills and the surrounding areas.

Yuki Renel, the owner of Rising Thymes, grows seasonal vegetables, herbs and flowers at Rising Sun Gardens.
Produce is available from June to September.

We include local produce from other growers within our community. Not only does this help our community, it also helps reduce the carbon footprint on transportation. It lowers our exposure to chemicals that may be used on the produce by large growers, and provides food that is at its prime as opposed to before it is ripe.
